How to Start a Return
Initiate your return
Email us at returns@aerostride.com with your order number and reason for return. You'll receive a confirmation within 24 hours.
Pack your item
Place the item(s) in their original box (or any secure packaging). Include the packing slip or write your order number on a note inside.
Attach the prepaid label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print it out and attach it to the outside of the package.
Drop off your package
Leave the package at any authorised courier drop-off point. Use the tracking number in your email to monitor progress.
Receive your refund
Once we inspect the item, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

- Unworn, unaltered items in original condition
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items with original tags attached
- Items in original packaging
- Defective or damaged items (any time)

- Items showing signs of wear or use
- Items returned after 30 days (unless defective)
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Customised or personalised products
- Items purchased during final-sale events
