Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, your order enters processing and changes are no longer possible. Contact us immediately at info@aerostride.com if you need to make a change.

Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. Orders placed before 2 PM IST are usually dispatched the same day.
Yes! Orders above Rs.2,499 qualify for free standard shipping across India. International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Yes, we ship to over 30 countries. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

We offer hassle-free 30-day returns on all unworn, unaltered items in their original condition. Visit our Returns page for full details.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Yes! Exchanges are free and easy. Email us with your order number and the size you'd like. We'll ship out the replacement as soon as we confirm the return is on its way.
We're sorry to hear that! Defective items can be returned or exchanged at any time, regardless of the 30-day window. Please send us a photo of the defect along with your order number.
Our shoes generally fit true to size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up by half a size. Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements.
Stand on a piece of paper and trace around your foot. Measure from your heel to the tip of your longest toe. Compare this measurement to our size chart. For best results, measure both feet and use the larger measurement.
